About You

We’re looking for a passionate, highly organized, and proactive go-getter to join the Origin marketing team to support our mission of helping women feel their best through every stage of life. Today, we’re the largest in-network provider of pelvic floor physical therapy in the US and are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our team as we rapidly expand nationwide, both in-person and virtually. Spanning campaign execution, creative development, and content creation coordination, you’ll support the team across marketing to both patients and referring providers at every stage from discovery to conversion. You will report into our Head of Growth and you’ll play an integral role in reaching and educating both providers and patients. Equal parts creative and analytical, this role is essential to unlocking the power of Origin.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage the development, execution, and maintenance of all marketing assets, including email,  referral assets, and digital and physical outreach materials, to support the Growth Manager and on-the-ground clinical teams
  • Partner with Growth Manager on new market launches, including provider and community outreach, local listings management, and more
  • Partner with our Virtual Go To Market team to run coordinated lifecycle campaigns and build brand awareness
  • Partner closely with our designer to create assets for lifecycle communications marketing collateral, and other campaigns
  • Develop a 0 ? 1 scalable strategy to build awareness, educate and create interest, and nurture both patients and providers
  • Test, solicit feedback & iterate on assets and communications – as we scale our provider network and our lifecycle communications, we need to be able to quickly figure out what is (or is not) working and iterate and test to improve our communication or channel strategy
Requirements

Skills/Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of prior experience in Marketing, Sales or Communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with Figma, Google Suite, Dropbox
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
  • Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously, ensuring tasks are completed on time
  • Has a bias for action and is equally capable of developing unique strategies and executing on them
  • Have a growth mindset and be open to improving and learning through regular feedback
  • Nice to have –
    • Experience in healthcare
    • Familiarity with Iterable or (or an equivalent CRM)
    • Experience in design management and has proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or a willingness to learn
