About this job
As a Head of Hardware Operations, you will:
• Be an integral part of the inne hardware team and will help take the product all the way from
prototype to mass manufacturing also for new product generations
• Develop consumer hardware and software technologies into mass-market consumer products
• Lead the hardware component procurement, supply chain and pricing negotiations
• Develop and maintain supplier relations
• Lead the top critical and technical problemsolving in manufacturing
• Run a global supplier network for manufacturing design and technology solutions
What you will bring along:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Operations leadership role in a modern high-volume production environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical engineering, Software engineering, or
related field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, including suppliers
• Experience in “end to end” responsibility for implementing a production strategy from proof
of concept to series production ramp-up applying modern tools and a network of experts
• Experience in high-volume, automated manufacturing including dynamic planning & execution during production ramp-up
• Demonstrate an agile, consistent and senior
