We are looking for Supply & Logistics Manager to join us in our Stockholm office! You will own all of Natural Cycles’ supply chain and logistics – ensuring that Natural Cycles customers get their thermometers and other accessories on time wherever they are in the world. You will also work with several product owners to further develop Natural Cycles user experience with new products & packaging.
What you will be doing
Supplier management
- Manage existing suppliers of medical devices and accessories, including thermometers, LH-test, HCG etc. (No you don’t need to understand all these abbreviations- Yet.)
- Source suppliers for new products – Develop packaging & printing material in collaboration with product owners & creative team (e.g. pharmacy products, webshop products,…)
- Maintain & develop standard operating procedures in line with medical device requirements where appropriate (e.g. documentation of supplier assessment, perform supplier audit, draft quality agreement in collaboration with our regulatory & legal team).
Logistics
- Manage existing warehouses and optimize in-bound & out-bound processes. Source new warehouses for optimization or new geographical expansions.
- Manage software integration with warehouses – Monitor stock level and re-order products according to forecast.
- Responsible for all other logistics issues (e.g. customs) – Customer complaint escalations in collaboration with customer support.
Hardware development
- Assist in the development of consumer electronics from design to manufacturing
- Manage supply chains for production of consumer electronics at scale and overseas
- Manage relationships with hardware manufacturers overseas
What skills and experience we think that you have
- Project management skills with a high degree of autonomy
- Min 3 years of hands-on experience with the ownership of logistics processes and supply chains
- Min 3 years of hands on experience with e-commerce and digital distribution
Not required, but it would be a bonus if you also have
- Experience with manufacturing of consumer electronics in the Shenzhen area
- Oral and written fluency in Mandarin
