We are looking for a service-minded person who would like to join our Customer Support team in promoting women’s health! As a Customer Support Agent, you will play an important role in the company as you are communicating directly with our Cyclers (users) and educate them about our product.

Working in a team that helps Cyclers use a revolutionary contraception product is both fun and challenging at the same time. We place our Cyclers at the heart of everything we do and aim to provide the best possible support for them, therefore we love to be proactive and strive to improve our way of working by encouraging every team member to share their ideas and experience.

What you will be doing

  • Support our Cyclers’ and potential Cyclers’ with their questions via email and our social media channels.
  • Answer questions on topics such as how the Natural Cycles app works, the menstrual cycle, payment, logistics etc.
  • Support and collaborate with other teams with campaign efforts or other initiatives via social media or incoming emails
  • Communicate in an engaging, caring and credible way that builds long term trust with our Cyclers
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of our product, policies, and marketing strategies
  • Contribute to identifying areas of improvement with the Cycler journey in focus
  • As a Natural Cycler Customer Support agent you will mainly communicate with our Cycler in Swedish and English, you may come across other languages as well as Natural Cycles offer support in Portuguese, German and Spanish

What skills and experience we think that you have

  • You are a Native Swedish-speaker and fluent in English
  • You have a service-minded approach and truly care about delivering outstanding good service
  • You’re a team player who shows commitment and helps the team (and thereby our Cyclers) whenever there is a need
  • You enjoy a fast-paced and changing international working environment
  • You’re attentive to customer needs, expectations and emotions.
  • You’re able to explain difficult subjects in an easy and understandable way
  • Confidence to work independently and make judgements to resolve customer questions
  • Great written communication skills

Not required, but it would be bonus if you also have

  • Previous experience of working in Customer Service/Support
  • Previously worked with Zendesk
  • Previously worked at a start-up company
  • Fluent/native level of Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish
