About the position: Clinical Consultant
As a clinical consultant, you will play a vital role in promoting our midwifery analytics platform and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers, and providing exceptional support to existing clients. Your role will involve a combination of sales, account management, and customer success activities.
Sales
Follow-up by phone and email with interested leads generated from conferences, demo requests, free trials, expired trials, and past users
Contact and follow-up with current BirthTracks practices using Epic about their interest in Epic integration
Deliver product demonstrations on Zoom and present compelling sales proposals to prospects
Provide support for practices during free trial period
Act as point-of-contact during hospital vendor approval process
Document all contacts, deals, and interactions in Hubspot
Conduct market research to identify potential clients
Meet and exceed sales targets
Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with admin users of larger practices (typically lead midwife)
Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and effective resolutions to issues
Customer Success
Provide onboarding instructions and guidance for practices upon sign-up
Drive customer adoption and satisfaction by promoting the value and benefits of our software
Provide ongoing support and training to customers, ensuring they leverage our software to its full potential
Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities to increase product utilization and expand user base
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to gather feedback, identify improvement areas, and communicate updates and new features
