About the role:
Stork Club is seeking a Network Success Manager who is excited about delivering top quality support and managing long-term relationships with a national network of providers.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about creating a high quality support experience for providers and who can also think strategically about how to strengthen our relationship with our network. You will be responsible for assisting in the expansion of the Provider’s network, maintaining relationships, offering ongoing operational support, and ensuring the network is following Stork Club’s policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has excellent communication, organization, cross functional collaboration, and thrives working with external stakeholders.
You will also be responsible for onboarding fertility providers, assisting with day to day questions and concerns. As the voice of Stork Club’s Provider network, we’re looking for someone that is passionate about healthcare, has strong emotional intelligence and great relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Play a central role in managing and supporting our active provider network to deliver best-in-class support and foster strong, long-term relationships
- Communicate with and support providers on a daily basis, ensuring they are set up for success so they can deliver quality care for our members
- Create delightful experiences for the network by developing onboarding campaigns, provider webinars, provider newsletters, and help center content
- Support providers with in-the-moment questions about Stork Club
- Create SOPs for key Network Operations processes
- Offer ongoing education and support to providers on Stork Club’s policies and processes
- Serve as a liaison between network providers and product team to communicate and enhance on provider portal updates
- Develop a deep understanding of the Stork Club provider journey and touchpoints
- Create Strategic marketing campaigns to ensure the Provider’s network is aware of Stork Club
- Contribute to policies and process improvements by being the “voice” of the provider and championing their needs
- Collaborate with the Network Growth team, Customer Success team, and Member Success team to resolve issues and concerns in a timely manner.
About you:
- 4+ years working in a customer, patient, or provider relations role in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Freshdesk, etc. Experience implementing and developing these systems is a plus.
- Excellent strategic communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly collaborative and experienced working cross-functionally across multiple teams
- Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Fertility industry knowledge a plus
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking
- Lead Functional projects to improve cross-functional process for provider’s network
- Proven track record of hitting key metrics

The base salary range for this role is between $80K – $95K. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
