We are looking for a Director of Business Development to help drive and close complex deals, build strategic relationships, and develop cross-functional processes that make the team more effective. You are a results-driven, passionate leader who loves to win – whether that’s seeing a complex deal over the finish line or building long-term partnerships. You think strategically and operationally and are able to flex into different functional areas – sales, strategic business development, negotiations, implementation, and others, ensuring that organizational goals are achieved. You are creative, practical, and persistent – and while you take the work you do seriously, and demand excellence of yourself and those you work with – you remain humble, building a network of internal partners to help the organization achieve success.
What You’ll Do:

- Partner with the Sales, Legal, Finance and other teams to structure, negotiate and close enterprise sales and other agreements
- Partner with teams throughout the organization to make sure deal-terms are optimal, including understanding their cost and opportunity cost
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and address customers needs
- Identify and develop partnerships between Everly Health and external partners that result in new or expanded business opportunities
- Develop relationships with a diverse set of potential partners to establish Everly Health as a known leader in the healthcare and at home diagnostic space
- Develop standard processes and structures to make yourself and your internal partners more efficient and effective
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (MBA, JD, or other advanced degree preferred)
- Ten years of experience running complex deals (experience with healthcare deals is a plus)
- Five years of experience in a startup environment
