About the Company
Wellster was founded in Munich in 2018 by Dr. Manuel Nothelfer and Nico Hribernik to provide more people with easy access to effective medical treatments. Despite Germany’s highly regulated market, the healthtech has been one of the only ones to be able to scale. The vision: to build the largest and most caring healthcare company in Europe. Wellster Healthtech is part of a digital health eco system that integrates health portals such as golighter.de (medicinal weight loss, nutritional advice), gospring.de (men’s health), mysummer.de (women’s health), myspring.com (hair loss) and easy-testen.de (medical self-tests). It has developed a primary point of contact for anybody seeking help with their everyday health problems and more than 2 million individuals have already used the telemedicine services. Well-known investors of the company include HV Capital and Dermapharm AG, Mangrove Capital Partners and Sevenventures.

Your responsibilities would include…
- Establishing and expanding our journalistic network
- Identification, planning and implementation of events
- Preparation of publications, statements, etc. for corporate and consumer communication
- Winning placement of our topics across the entire media spectrum
- Support in the conception and implementation of audiovisual content
- Supporting internal communication
Chances are, you’re a great fit if you…
- You have a degree in media, communication, journalism or comparable professional training
- You have at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in the field of public relations, ideally in the healthcare sector
- You have reliable journalistic contacts
- You have a quick grasp and the ability to present complex topics clearly and comprehensibly
- Your German is perfect and your English is very good
- Experience with editing and audio programmes an advantage
