As our Account Executive you’ll have the opportunity to work with us as part of our growing sales team, targeting senior HR decision makers in the UK and Europe.

Tasks

As our Account Executive, you will:

  • Be responsible for new business development via prospecting, social selling, qualifying and consultative selling
  • Drive sales growth and pipeline through the setting up of qualified meetings
  • Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of Apryl and fertility benefits
  • Have the ability to connect and network with senior HR stakeholders, positioning the value of Apryl to them
  • Support events and follow up digital leads
  • Achieve growth targets for new business acquisition
  • Build a strong professional network by initiating contact with HR decision-makers

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales, with 2+ years in a SaaS sales role, preferably selling to HR tech or employee benefits to HR decision-makers
  • You have a proven track record in new logo sales
  • You are a self-motivated and driven sales professional, comfortable with prospecting and cold-calling as much as presenting and negotiating
  • You have Value Selling Skills: (meeting prep, conducting effective needs analysis, delivering presentations, objection handling)
  • You are experienced in negotiations: how to prepare and make offers, to respond to objections / tactics, to close
  • You are an experienced communicator: Confident, and persuasive, and you can discuss Apryl services and added value effectively
  • You have experience in selling to mid-market and Enterprise-level clients (1k-10k, 10k-100k employees)
  • You are a capable social media performer, understanding the importance of SM in developing and nurturing leads
  • You live within reasonable commute from central London or you are willing to relocate to London
