What we’re looking for
We are hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to support our Clinical Operations team in interviewing our Freeze by Co members before they move forward with their egg freezing and egg donation journey with Cofertility. The Clinical Operations Specialist will be the voice of Cofertility to our members and walk members through our program from end-to-end via video call, ensuring they are informed and excited about their journey. They will support members over email and execute backend processes to ensure operations run smoothly.
You will be a key member of our Operations team as you:
- Engage 1:1 with our Freeze by Co members over email as needed for scheduling and questions
- Lead Split member calls (30 minute video calls with women who have been approved for the Split program) through their egg freezing and egg donation journeys with the following goals:
- Ensure she meets logistical criteria for the program and provides informed consent for the retrieval and donation
- Ensure she gets all of her outstanding Split program questions answered
- After scheduled call and update profile with notes from the call
- Demonstrate enthusiasm about third party reproduction and effectively educate Split member via oral or written communication
- Engage Freeze by Co members with patient, kind, and empathetic communication. Do not continuously take notes during calls.
- Share observations and insights with the Cofertility team in line with case management best practices and operational procedures
- Communicate issues and feedback the moment they arise
- Look for ways to be more efficient and be comfortable giving feedback to the Cofertility to optimize the Split member processes
- Support operational procedures such as donor profile creation and QA and calendar management

You are:
- Comfortable supporting our members through egg donation, egg freezing, and embryo creation journeys with patience, kindness, and empathy.
- Effective and compelling when educating others via written communication. Strong oral communication skills with a focus on relationship-building, active listening, and storytelling.
- Tech savvy. Proficient in Google Suite, and familiarity with and ability to learn a modern Customer Success / Operations tools. Experience with egg donor software is a plus.
- A fast learner, eager to learn and adapt to (and contribute to!) changing processes at a fast-moving startup
You should have some familiarity (or at least curiosity and enthusiasm) with reproductive health, fertility, and/or the egg-freezing process. Bonus points if you have first-hand experience (personally or professionally) with egg freezing, egg donation, or IVF.
This is a contracted, hourly position for 20-35 hours per week
