At Modern Fertility, we’re helping women own their fertility and their future by making fertility research and information more accessible. As Modern Fertility’s business development/partnerships leader, you’ll forge relationships with the best brands in women’s health and develop partnerships with corporate and clinical leaders. We’re looking for a BD veteran who is able to source deals and manage end to end execution.

The Role: 
  • Work with Modern Fertility leadership to set and execute annual partnerships strategy.
  • Source, negotiate and sign agreements with like minded brands, companies, and clinical partners.
  • Speak on behalf of the Modern Fertility team with key external stakeholders.
  • Develop a strategic framework through which all deals will be evaluated, operated and measured.
  • Work cross-functionally with our Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to meet growth goals.
    What gets us excited: 
  • Expertise in sourcing and end to end deal execution.
  • 6-10+ years experience in a business development or sales leadership role.
  • Experience selling to and working with direct to consumer startups and multi-billion dollar organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills––you will be the voice of Modern Fertility for dozens of external partners.
  • C-Level presence with a deal closing history.
  • Product and business knowledge. Ability to work with engineers and product, marketing, and ops team to craft solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex deals in a short period of time.
