At Modern Fertility, we’re helping women own their fertility and their future by making fertility research and information more accessible. We’re looking for a lifecycle marketing expert to drive the growth of our business across the customer journey. You’ll play a critical role in executing marketing strategies to engage our user base, provide the best possible customer experience, and make Modern Fertility the go-to resource for our users when it comes to fertility information.
The ideal candidate will manage and execute campaigns that will enrich and nurture Modern Fertility’s relationship with our customers. To be successful, an individual must be able to think holistically and strategically about the customer journey and the brand and communication touch points along the way. This person will need to work cross-functionally to understand the various needs and interactions other teams have with our customers, and fluidly integrate them into their engagement goals. You will also work closely with the founders on understanding the ins and outs of the customer journey and deeply understanding the product, industry, and profile of Modern Fertility’s customers.
The Role: 
  • Manage the strategy, planning, development and execution of retention marketing initiatives across all channels (email, website, etc.)
  • Launch campaigns that drive key business metrics including repeat orders, research participation, community participation, and referral.
  • Conceptualize, create and execute retention and engagement initiatives via automated and personalized email marketing programs.
  • Manage lifecycle campaigns from end to end; strategy, calendaring, creative strategy, implementation, deployment, optimization, monitoring, reporting and analysis
  • Leverage analytics, data and qualitative customer insights to identify, size and prioritize opportunities that drive higher retention value for target customer segments
  • Drive retention testing & optimization efforts, regularly sharing out performance results, best practices and key learnings with stakeholders
What gets us excited:
  • 5-8 years in consumer marketing, with a strong emphasis in retention marketing, multi-channel marketing, loyalty and engagement marketing
  • Experience in the direct to consumer space
  • Experience leveraging marketing automation/CRM/email systems
  • You are a strong project manager and collaborator who can conceptualize, drive alignment, manage deadlines and objectives, deliver analysis and recommendations
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to engage with customers and understand their needs
