Nurx is looking for an experienced Product Designer to work on the patient care web-app. You share in our belief that user-centered design plays a key role in transforming and improving access to healthcare. The ideal candidate for this team will be able to map out a diverse set of creative solutions and work with product and engineering partners to help improve patient care systems and tools supporting providers, customer care, and pharmacists.
What you’ll do:
- Engage with a diverse set of stakeholders including clinicians, customer care agents ,and compliance experts to empower the patient care team to provide the highest quality care.
- Partner with Product Managers to simplify complex problems for users.
- Collaborate with Engineers to bring wireframes, mock-ups, and/or prototypes to life.
- Deliver a simple and elegant patient care system that supports distinctly specialized user workflows
- Work with other Designers to establish design system standards.
A bit about you:
- 4+ years of hands on Product Design experience, ideally at a fast-paced, startup environment – work in consumer web products and apps a bonus.
- You can think through user problems, explore reasonable solutions, draft wireframes/flows in detail, and work with engineers to build them.
- Excellent communication skills—be able to clearly present and articulate design decisions.
- Familiarity in using quantitative data to identify areas of opportunity for improvement.
- A portfolio demonstrating research, analysis, and synthesis of product requirements behind each design for both web and mobile apps.
- Experience being the design lead on at least two projects that went from concept to production
- Proficiency with industry standard design tools – the design team uses Sketch and Abstract + Adobe CC
