Website FOLX Health
We are looking for MDs/DOs licensed in the following states: Hawaii, Indiana, Louisiana, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri.
As a FOLX Clinician, you will be seeing our members (patients) through a telehealth platform. The type of services FOLX offers are focused on the needs and wants of the trans and queer community and are inclusive of the following: trans/nonbinary gender affirming hormone therapy, ED, PrEP, LGBTQ+ virtual care. This list is not exclusive, however, and we will be listening to what our members want and directing offerings based on their feedback. Future offerings may include: STI screening/treatment, contraception, fertility counseling, behavioral health, and substance use disorder treatment. Some patient interactions will be solely asynchronous care, and some will be inclusive of synchronous A/V visits.
As a FOLX Clinician, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients as per the FOLX medical protocols as well as using your clinical judgment.

Your expertise will be an integral part of how we write protocols, create content for our website, connect community members to resources, and think outside the box as to the clinical direction of FOLX. Clinical care of our patients is the first priority, but there is regular time set aside for our clinical team to meet, discuss case studies, attend training sessions and give feedback on protocols and processes.
