Hormona is a data-driven women’s health company, on a mission to revolutionise women’s health. Our focus is on hormonal health and we are about to launch our new offering helping women take control of their hormones, through an innovative digital hormone check involving AI-driven health tracking app. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive buzz, excitement and customer acquisition.
The right candidate will be an experienced marketer with business acumen and leadership skills to quarterback the commercial success of the Hormona’s app throughout its entire life cycle. The individual in this role is creative, thinks outside the box and possesses a test and learn mindset.
Responsibilities
Craft messaging and unique selling points that set the product apart from alternatives in the market
Monitoring, drive and analysing user acquisition
Develop a performance-based approach, by proactively testing and optimising our channels, platforms, content/creatives and methods that will drive improved results.
Plan, execute and optimize best-in-class campaigns and marketing initiatives
Lead product marketing efforts by taking new feature and product launches to market
Research and evaluate new growth opportunities for scaling customer acquisition
Be the champion of optimisation and A/B testing! Develop hypotheses, create strategy, build landing pages, launch, measurement, and report.
Work together with product team to set retention plans & implement in terms of activities
Identify opportunities for and carve out ownership for unique content.
Partner with Product and Content teams to define appropriate narrative that will accompany Hormona as it is presented to various audiences.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data, derive insights and make recommendations
Qualifications
3+ years of relevant professional user acquisition experience
Fluent in English
Flexible and agile growth hacker mentality
Highly skilled in A/B testing
Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes and technologies (e.g. auction/Programmatic, brand/performance measurement, adtech/martech, native advertising)
Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook Business Manager, Mobile Measurement platforms for App Attribution (e.g. Appsflyer, Adjust, or similar) & email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Sendinblue)
Experience in email marketing & instagram required
Familiar with SEO & content marketing
Proven results increasing brand/product awareness and customer acquisition
You’re full of curiosity and creativity
You thrive in ambiguity and constant change, and enjoy creating order out of unstructured challenges
Growth mindset and experience in managing B2C go-to-market campaigns, preferably within a high-growth, B2C company
You know how to balance delivery in a local market, while working alongside a broader global team and brand.
Bonus points for
Experience within the Femtech/Healthtech sector
Core understanding of start up and guerilla marketing strategies
Experience working with Tiktok & Tiktok ads
Experience working with influencer marketing
