Flo Secret Chats is a unique Flo feature available directly from the app. It is a safe digital space, where people can anonymously discuss intimate topics and get support from millions of other Flo users worldwide. As with any platform, there are several rules our users follow to ensure that we are fostering the best possible environment for all members.
Flo Moderation Team is responsible for maintaining the balance between the freedom of speech and each member’s feeling of safety.
We are looking for a moderator who will join our team and contribute to the Flo Secret Chats. It’s essential to be proficient in Portuguese (you should be able to fluently read and perceive texts) and English (to communicate with the team).
Please take into account that this position doesn’t involve direct communication with users.
What will the moderator do?
- Read through users’ comments via the dedicated Moderation Tool
- Ban or approve users’ comments due to our guidelines and moderation policy
- Analyze user activity trends
- Prepare periodic reports and share insights with other team members
We expect that you:
- Can fluently read and perceive texts in Portuguese
- Can communicate in English
- Have perseverance and attentiveness
- Can commit 4-6 hours per day
- Understand the topic of women’s health and wellbeing
- Are willing to search and verify the information and dive deep into the cultural context
