We are looking for an Office Manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures while also being a hospitable host.

What does an Office Manager do?
The Office Manager’s duties and responsibilities include making office supplies arrangements, greeting visitors, and providing general administrative support to our employees. The Office Manager must ensure that the office runs smoothly and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
– Control and provide a presentable view of the office throughout the day;
– Personally meet guests and visitors to the company, provide general
support to visitors;
– Support office life and operations, e.g., purchase stationery, household
goods, consumables, and food and monitor the correct operation of
systems and services;
– Provide travel and visa support;
– Maintain office conditions and arrange necessary repairs;
– Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies, as necessary;
– Assist HR with in-house or off-site activities, such as parties,
celebrations, and conferences;
– Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
– Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g.,
stationery, hardware, and travel arrangements);
– Liaise with facility management vendors, including janitorial and
catering vendors and ensure that the janitorial and catering teams work
properly.
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of previous experience as an Office Manager, Front Office
Manager or Administrative Assistant;
– Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular);
– A general understanding of workflow processes;
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task and
prioritize work;
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
– Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment;
– Open-mindedness with an understanding of corporate etiquette
and corporate culture in general;
– University degree;
– English level – B1 per CEFR.
