We are looking for a talented, highly motivated and data-driven Product Manager (Medical Content stream).
You will be working with a team of content managers, doctors, designers and in close connection with the engineering team to bring Content — the most important part of Flo — to the next level.
As a Product Manager (Medical Content stream) your main challenges will be:
1. To find out what needs/problems users and user segments have and how to solve these problems with the help of content.
2. To increase the number of trials to the subscription through the content by understanding what content (formats, topics) users are willing to pay for.
3. Based on metrics and analysis suggest how to increase engagement in the Flo application, which features/content need to be added/removed/changed.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze users needs, user feedback, conduct market research, and CustDev, evaluate the market competition to translate research insights into product requirements;
- Lead the product roadmap for a particular user segment and establish a shared vision to define priorities and improve the product value;
- Define key metrics and analyze results to impact product and user success;
- Contribute to Flo overall product strategy and product development process;
- Drive decisions and perspectives in a team environment;
- Work closely with content managers, medical doctors, designers as well as engineering team and other PMs to successfully implement the strategy according to KPIs.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of mobile marketing/product management in companies serving the international market;
- Proven examples of improving product metrics;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities;
- Passionate about discovering and solving user’s problems;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Advanced English with oral and written communication skills.
As a plus:
- Adept in working in Agile/Scrum team environment;
- Media background.
