DotLab is hiring a Market Access lead to design, develop, and implement activities that enable DotLab to secure optimal reimbursement and realize the maximum commercial potential for DotEndo.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and maintain the company’s strategic market access plan.
- Work closely with company leadership to ensure reimbursement strategy accurately reflects company vision.
- Develop and maintain relationships with payer KOLs to support reimbursement efforts.
- Identify and establish strategic relationships with large employers or employer groups and patient advocacy organizations to expand patient and provider access.
- Build strong product presentations and value arguments with supporting health economic and budget impact analysis models.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive understanding of the external reimbursement landscape, including path pursued by and new policies affecting similar products.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years experience in market access or health economics
- Master’s degree or PhD in relevant field and/or MD
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience at top-tier consulting firm or investment bank is a plus
- Strong excel modeling and research skills
- Outstanding project management skills and experience
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations effectively to external stakeholders
