DotLab is hiring a Business Development executive to drive and execute strategic partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Devise strategies for partnering with external organizations (e.g., distributors) through market and customer segmentation.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses of partnerships and deal structures.
- Source domestic and international partnership opportunities that drive product growth and adoption.
- Cultivate long term professional relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Build alliance management processes and capabilities to implement governance structures once contracts are in place.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years of experience working in business development (preferably in biopharma, medical devices, or diagnostics)
- MBA and/or JD is a plus
- Proven track record of sourcing partnerships, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willing to go deep on the science of our technical products in order to communicate with external stakeholders at the right level of detail
- Enthusiasm to work in startup environment
