The Key Account Developer is a relationship builder, has ambitious energy, and is prepared to communicate and strategize with top executives. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious goals surrounding key account growth. You must be comfortable as an individual contributor and you can think strategically to solve the problems.

What You’ll Do
-Develop deep relationships with key distribution partners to grow sales
-Effectively manage both current key distribution accounts and new opportunities
-Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new distribution accounts
-Design creative plans to support distribution partners in achieving sales growth
-Lead sales trainings to distributor sales reps with sincere enthusiasm
-Makes calls on end-customers to influence sales of Aunt Flow products
-Collaborate with marketing to develop sales assets and tools to achieve distributor success
-Gain knowledge of how distributors play a role in the Aunt Flow business and develop strategies on how to leverage opportunities
-Manage and forecast distribution sales, reporting to the executive leadership team
-Negotiate pricing with current and new relationships to meet company margin goals
-Executes and tracks progress of business strategies for assigned distributors
Who You Are
-1-5 years of sales experience (B2B and distribution sales experience preferred)
-Track record of over-achieving growth metrics
-Strong phone presence and in-person professionalism
-Experience with a fast-paced environment
-Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory
-Unfazed by rejection
-Coachable – Accepts feedback and implements change immediately
-Active Listener – Listens and asks questions to assess distributor’s needs
-Resourceful – Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success
-Self-motivated with a high need for achievement and competition
-Organized and efficient with time
-Experience with Adove/Design a plus
