Oura is an award-winning and fast-growing startup that helps people track their sleep and improve their wellness using the Oura ring and connected apps.
Oura is looking for an experienced product designer to join our team in the San Francisco office and help us build beautiful, powerful and personal experiences in our iOS and Android apps.
Responsibilities:
• Drive design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond
• Create wireframes and prototypes to solve difficult UX problems
• Work with cross functional teams to define requirements, not just translate them to design
• Deliver pixel-perfect visual designs and work with developers to implement them
Requirements
• 5+ years experience as a product designer, preferably for a mass market consumer product
• A portfolio showcasing high-quality, thoughtful and thorough UI and UX work
• Excellent prototyping skills
• A track record of effectively working cross-functionally, preferably with international teams
• Comprehensive knowledge of mobile design patterns (and when to break them)
