Description
We are looking for a Program Manager with 10+ years of working experience to strengthen our team in Oulu. As Program Manager, you will take responsibility of program execution including quality, content, cost and schedule.
Your primary tasks will be the program leading, risk management and communication to stakeholders. You will also participate process development tasks with other Program Managers.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience from product development projects, and proven track record from program management knowledge
- Capability to lead project teams, see the big picture and prioritize in changing situations
- Good networking and collaboration skills
- Strong business acumen and customer mindset
- Strong sense of responsibility and acting on your own initiative
- Goal-oriented decision making and quick grasp of new matters
- Team player with positive mindset, open minded and willingness to learn
- Always looking for ways to improve the current way of working
- Fluent in English
- Relevant educational background such as Master’s or Bachelor’s degree
