Position Description
– Support OEM project work with international industry customers.
– Manage smaller OEM and internal projects.
– Coordinate activities, resources and information of a project internally and with customers.
– Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, schedule and budget.
– Monitor and track project’s progress and handle issues that arise.
– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
– Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Position Requirements
– 2+ years of experience in project management in biotechnology or similar field.
– BS/BA in science and/or project management.
– Good background in molecular biology is a plus.
– Experience with sales is a plus.
– CAPM certification is a plus.
– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and of project management tools.
Personal Requirements
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
– Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
– Fluent in English.
– German or other languages (e.g. Mandarin/Spanish/Portuguese) are a plus.
