Position Description
– You will be responsible and accountable for an existing technology group of around 20+ engineers that builds, ships and maintains our scientific analysis app for Research, Pharma & Clinical.
– You will be responsible for managing the product development process and leading the engineering design, implementation and integration of new features.
– Collaborate with peers in Product Management & Product Owners to deliver a clear strategic product & technology roadmap.
– Efficient and effective maintenance of strategically critical products & platforms;
– Support existing customers.
– Efficient and effective performance of your group finances and processes.
Position Requirements
– Strong track record in technology innovation and leadership with significant experience building, leading and managing software product engineering teams.
– At least 10+ years of hands-on Software development experience & 3-5 years of people management experience.
– Strong technical expertise in Java, or .NET, Cloud & on premise/cloud solutions.
– Experience in building large scalable systems.
– Experience working with global team.
– Experience in Agile & Scrum.
– Strong financial understanding with experience of managing team and project budgets.
– Education: M.S computer Science.
