Position Description
– Lead the QIAGEN Salesforce.com Development team
– Own and continuously improve overall SFDC development including processes, guidelines and organization
– Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, GMP, GDPR, internal, etc.) and support regular audits
– Continuously contribute to the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, to business process automation and system integrations
Position Requirements
– 4 or more years experience in SFDC frontend and backend development
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent- Engineering, Computer Science
– 4 or more years experience in translating sales, service and marketing business processes into technical solution designs
– Strong knowledge in modern software development technologies (Salesforce certification preferred)
Personal Requirements
– Business fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
