About Babyscripts: 

Babyscripts is a virtual care platform for obstetrics that allows OBGYNs to deliver a new model of prenatal and postpartum care. The Babyscripts platform is powered by a suite of mobile apps that drive better patient decision making, internet-connected devices for remote patient monitoring, and a host of population health tools to give providers access to patient data in real time. When using these tools, patients experience increased engagement and satisfaction, while OBGYNs are able to identify patient risk more quickly, improve clinic workflow, and enhance revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:  

Under the general supervision of the Director of Product Management, the accountabilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Gather requirements, define user stories, create acceptance criteria, and manage product backlogs that are clearly and concisely articulated. Identify a minimum viable product and ensure iterative progress for product releases.
  • Participate in agile product lifecycle management, serving as the product representative to the engineering team.
  • Engage with scrum master to ensure sprints stay on track and ensure successful product deliveries.
  • Investigate ad hoc issues, and manage day-to-day questions that impact customer experience.
  • Support the design of products through market research, and internal/external market data analysis.
  • Work along with a cross-functional team of stakeholders that include Customer Support, Sales, and Engineering, to set priorities, gather data, perform analysis, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues.
  • Develop, in concert with Product Director, recommendations, presentations, and business cases for product launches, changes, and product exits.
  • Assist in developing product content to support new product launches, as well as maintain or revise existing content to keep it current.
  • Ensure success of user acceptance testing, document issues, and oversee resolution of defects during the testing process.

Minimum Qualifications: 

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in Healthcare.

Must have highly developed analytical skills and be able to effectively communicate complex marketing and business-related issues to a diverse audience (both written and orally). Must have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to document and analyze issues, and work effectively independently and on cross-functional teams. Flexibility and the ability to work under time constraints is essential to this role.

Preferred Qualifications: 

·   Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
