Inception is the leading provider of fertility care in the nation and we are inspiring hope and building beautiful families across our national network of fertility clinics. We are currently looking to add a Physician Liaison/ Healthcare Business Development Manager to our team.

The Physician Liaison/Business Development Manager is primarily responsible for building physician referral relationships (OB/GYN, Oncology, Primary Care, etc.) in the surrounding area of the Houston; collaborating with operational leadership, physicians and other clinical staff as necessary to implement marketing and sales initiatives to drive increased customer acquisition, physician partner satisfaction and market share in the Houston.

The right candidate will be highly professional with an exceptional knack for building strong sales relationships with healthcare practices and physicians to drive patient referrals, be an expert in understanding the consultative sales process, be highly organized with great communication skills and a servant leader point of view.  They should be comfortable and knowledgeable in presenting complex medical treatment information and data to varied audiences including physicians and administrators.  This person will be able leverage previous experience to complete tasks such account management, sales calls, educational marketing events and presentations to physicians and direct to the consumer.

Sales & Account Management

  • Develop and implement regular strategic sales and account management plans to increase referrals
  • Identify potential physician referral sources to maintain and grow patient referrals through on-site visits to the referring office.

Marketing / Business Development

  • Collaborate with internal and external physician and management leadership to assist in developing local marketing programs focused on attracting patients
  • Support established metrics and measures of success for all local referral efforts, including a metrics dashboard to report outcomes weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Can articulate the many points of difference we have as it relates to the patient experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing or related field
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience working with physicians/providers, medical practice office staff, or other medical specialties, women’s health preferred
  • Outgoing personality with superior oral and written communication skills
