Zaya Care is a venture-backed seed-stage startup with a mission to increase access to affordable maternity care. We make accepting insurance easy and rewarding for maternity care providers, and thereby help them grow and diversify their practice. Inspired by the European care model, through Zaya parents have easy access to insurance-covered pregnancy and postpartum specialists, effectively closing today’s critical care gaps.

About the Role

As a Network Growth Manager at Zaya Care, you will be instrumental in building, growing, and scaling the first national network of maternity care practitioners who take insurance. In this role, you will be directly responsible for developing our network and managing the ongoing relationships with practitioners on Zaya Care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and take a customer-service orientated approach to working with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify target markets and specialists to join Zaya Care’s practitioner network
  • Develop the outreach strategy, qualify leads, and engage prospects throughout the process
  • Effectively articulate Zaya Care’s value proposition to the practitioner and the benefits of joining the network
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities at every stage to achieve monthly and quarterly goals
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing relationship management of Zaya Care’s practitioner network
  • Build out reporting capabilities to support the ongoing growth efforts for the practitioner network
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize sales performance by regularly evaluating key metrics and implementing process improvements

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years in B2B recruitment, lead gen, or sales, ideally working with providers or in the healthcare space
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty and change
  • Salesforce experience required
