Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Operations Associate (SOA) to handle daily work requests for SuperUser administrative actions on a variety of Salesforce objects and work up to building systems, reports, and processes to drive efficiency for our Member and Provider Services team. The successful candidate must be able to move from internal chat to email to Salesforce and to Jira at lightning pace, administering requests and submitting and following up on needed tickets. The successful candidate will quickly obtain mastery of our Salesforce processes and already has mastery of Salesforce, some experience with Excel (basic formulas and simple pivots), is obsessed with details, lives for the “in the weeds” conversations, and is comfortable in an environment with relentlessly shifting priorities. The SOA must be able to simultaneously keep up with daily requests and necessary actions from the Member and Provider Services team while being able to provide deeper insights to the Engineering team to help guide solutions that drive efficiency and reduce. The SOS must be able to write and verbalize highly technical concepts very clearly to both technical and non-technical employees.
What you’ll do…
- Manage a high volume of SuperUser requests in team help desk
- Manage the Salesforce CRM, ensuring regular checks of data integrity, streamlined reporting, regular trainings, and general support to users across the organization
- Help build systems, reports, and processes to drive efficiencies across the organization through Salesforce
- Review and analyze complex Salesforce problems in a complex Salesforce environment and help recommend solutions
- Communicate with Engineers on exact specifications for exactly how to build out solutions
- Be highly proficient in explaining complex concepts verbally and in writing – will be writing technical documentation of salesforce rules
- Be a relentless optimist, always excited about enhancing our Salesforce processes and getting others excited about our Salesforce processes and enhancements
- Be flexible and adapt with evolving business needs
About you…
- Prior experience with Salesforce required, Salesforce Certified Admin preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities including daily and intermittent ticket requests and larger projects from a project management board
- Meticulous attention to detail across internally facing and externally facing work
- Comfortable in an environment with data-driven goals with monthly performance feedback
- Flexible and able to navigate change
- Can quickly obtain mastery of the Progyny Benefit and Processes and how they are administered in our Salesforce environment
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to communicate accurately and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, quick learner, with ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
