Description
Our Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the offline and online marketing activities for the company’s direct sales teams and channel partnerships. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated B2B and marketing experience at a company, agency, consulting, or communications firm.
What you’ll do…
- Support and draft marketing collateral for our B2B audiences, including HR/benefits leaders, benefits consultants, and channel partners (presentations, white papers, trade shows, seminars, events, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day sales marketing requests
- Develop and manage email campaigns for the designated audiences
- Conduct market, audience, and channel research
- Monitor industry and competitor landscape to support new potential partnership opportunities
- Coordinate sales and industry events and speaking engagements
- Support requests for proposals
About you…
- 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Experience in health benefits/healthcare is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated strategic thought and decision-making ability to drive marketing deliverables
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to develop strong cross functional relationships and be able to effectively communicate to both internal and external partners
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing Cloud)
