About the role

Elektra is looking for a passionate, thoughtful, creative Product Marketing Associate to work directly with Elektra’s CEO to further our mission to smash the menopause taboo. Part-project manager, part-researcher, part-business guru, this role is about exceptional problem solving and high quality execution to ensure that we achieve our ambitious goals. In this position, you will:

  • Analyze new marketing, partnership & growth opportunities for Elektra to expand its reach.
  • Collaborate on cross-functional marketing and product projects, ensuring our internal communications and reporting goes smoothly and efficiently.
  • Project manage Elektra’s investor relationships & communications, including monthly and quarterly analytics reports.
  • Oversee research projects across multiple areas of the company, including product, marketing, analytics, and more.
  • One-off research and analytics projects as needed.
  • Applying your eye for detail and pixels to everything we put out in the world.

What We’re Looking for in a Candidate

The Elektra team is composed of passionate, thoughtful, execution-oriented individuals who like to roll up our sleeves and dig in. If you’re passionate about empowering women and building a better health & wellness experience for the 21st century, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

  • 2+ years of professional experience across product, business operations, analytics, or marketing.
  • You have outstanding writing and communication skills, and even better editing skills.
  • You think differently and aren’t afraid to be bold when it comes to taking on new challenges and roles.
  • A team player who is kind, inclusive, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments with strong attention to detail.
  • You are extremely well organized, able to manage time effectively, and comfortable working across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Enthusiastic and excited to work in an early-stage, high-growth, operationally complex technology startup.
  • We’re seriously not concerned with pedigree, experience or age. If you can hustle and keep the trains running on time, we want to connect!
  • You’ve got a keen eye for brand and design. Experience with Figma, Canva, InDesign, or another design platform a major plus.

Important Details

  • Location: NYC preferred as that’s where the founding team is based, but we’re open to remote for the right candidate.
