Lola is seeking a Website Manager to drive website optimization and successfully maintain the day-to-day operations of our growing D2C website.

The Website Manager will have experience in various ecommerce platform technologies and working cross functionally, including with internal content producers and frontend developers. This person will have strong project management skills and be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the website, including content and campaign management, promotions, merchandising, A/B testing and new features.

What You’ll Be Known For

  • Being a key partner for cross-functional teams such as customer service, marketing, operations and product  – working together to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Managing the operational rollout of new features, product updates, merchandising, site optimizations, A/B tests and other D2C projects by building out project plans and timelines that support the D2C roadmap.
  • Planning, coordinating, executing and testing website updates, including promotions, content and creative, new site features and A/B tests.
  • Providing eCommerce functionality expertise during project planning, development and production-support.  Be the subject matter expert in the ecommerce platform, systems and tools, and work to support cross-functional teams, and advise on process.
  • Working closely with the Customer Experience (Customer Service) team, Development and third party vendors  to troubleshoot and ensure timely resolution of operating issues.
  • Using insights and analysis to investigate any potential issues throughout the end-to-end customer journey, and suggesting opportunities for optimization.
  • Providing regular communication to management on status updates related to web operations, including project timelines, milestones and deadlines
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement of existing processes to ensure a positive customer experience and minimize the amount of time it takes to update digital properties.
  • Managing documentation in relation to ecommerce operations processes and ensuring this is up-to-date and maintained.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience on a successful e-commerce operations team
  • Have familiarity with multiple eCommerce platforms
  • Experienced with A/B testing and site optimization, leveraging industry tools such as Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Monetate or similar
  • Have the ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experienced in SEO optimization a plus
  • Have proven analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of site optimization, product development, usability or UX
  • Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience across multiple CMS & Photoshop tools
