You will be working directly with the COO over the duration of the internship.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Working with the customer experience team to address customer service concerns and complaints
- Assisting with expediting open orders
- Resolving issues with the warehouse customer service team
- Assisting with receiving
- Inventory re-orders
- Special projects
MUST HAVES
The ideal candidate for this role is a junior or senior at a university with an interest in startups and a passion for health and sexual wellness.
