Our team is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketer who wants to make a career move to a company that has direct, positive impact on people’s well-being and happiness. You’ll join us full-time in our Berkeley, California office, rolling up your sleeves and analyzing the experience once people purchase our service: on-boarding, engagement emails, conducting user interviews and surveys about what parts of site are working for people or not.

You’ll work alongside our founders and directors, our ideal candidate is a leader and a doer who can conceive of strategies and channels and jump into the fray as an Individual Contributor to get it all done.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

– 5+ years working in B2C lifecycle/retention marketing, either in agency or in-house.

Experience planning and testing upsell and user-advocacy methodologies and features.

– Experience setting up engagement analytics, goals and experiments (our developer team would actually code/implement them.)

– A love of talking to users and getting to the bottom of their experience and ways it could be better, how they currently bring up our service in conversations and how we could facilitate that more.
