Nurx is looking for an IT Systems Engineer with a strong technical background and a passion for problem solving.

You should bring a combination of tech savvy and communication skills to serve internal IT customers for everything from provisioning technology for new hires to setting up entire systems for new site locations.
What you’ll do:
- Provision and deploy computer systems for internal users
- Provision, deploy, and maintain servers in cloud infrastructure
- Research and collaborate with other IT staff to resolve issues
- Setup and configure A/V and conference systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and hardware issues
- Provide local and remote support
- Manage users, groups, and email lists
- Resolve end user network issues (File shares, DNS, VPN, printers, etc)
- Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
- Advise team members and users on best practices for resolving issues
- Contribute to IT knowledge base
- Perform special projects and provide ad hoc support
- Assist with office moves and build outs
- Some company-sponsored travel to remote sites as required
A little about you:
- Phenomenal Customer Support Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience supporting Mac OS and hardware in an enterprise environment
- Google Workspaces administration a plus
- Experience working with an IT ticketing system
- Experience with SSO, SAML, and SCIM
- Experience with office build outs
- Cloud infrastructure experience
- Understanding of networking concepts
- Attention to detail and great time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
