FEMPO is the first French menstrual pant brand. Two years ago, the two founders, Claudette and Fanny, embarked on the FEMPO adventure without knowledge of the sector, with 240 € and by following sewing tutorials on YouTube. There was no fundraising, yet a year later they had more than
50,000 clients.

Today, the founders are strengthening their team and consolidating their structure to take them to the next level and further accelerate their growth. In a team of about ten people, you will have the role of Logistics Manager.
The FEMPO team is growing and we are looking for a Logistics Manager in training.
You will work under the responsibility of our Supply Chain Manager and in collaboration with the logistics, production and service team in Paris. You will have the mission of analyzing, identifying and proposing axes of development aiming to improve the performance of the logistics and to participate in transversal projects.
To properly conduct your missions, you will be required to work with our teams in the field, too.
In a team of about ten people, we are looking for someone who wants to join the development of FEMPO in the long term.
Your Mission:
• Participation in the implementation of the new logistic processes and implement the necessary actions with the various internal and external partners
• Development of the monitoring tables
• Control of invoices and packing lists
• Edition of the shipping documents
• Establishment of the list of picking
• Stock management
• Inventories
• Contribution to operational activities (receiving + shipping)
Your First Goals:
• 100% control of the logistics module of our ERP
• Traceability of our products from factory dispatch to arrival at the end customer
• Verification that 100% of our logistic procedures are written and well followed by all the team
• At the end of your internship you must be able to manage the logistic service from A to Z and you must set an example to newcomers
• Sense of humor (+++), detail (++++)
• Sense of priorities, organization
• Strong working capacity, comfortable with the guidelines and sense of initiative
• You have a training level of BAC + 3/5 in Logistics / Supply Chain
• English does not scare you
• Excel and the Office Pack are your friends
• Knowledge of Shopify is a plus
• Ideally you have a first experience in the field of logistics
