The Role:
Carrot is seeking a Sales Development Manager who will be hands-on with the SDR team helping them to better understand the process, their performance, and help identify ways to improve. You’ll conduct regular 1x1s as well as call reviews with the team. You’ll be responsible for identifying pitfalls and areas of improvement both within the process and the team.
The Team:
This is a high-potential team of SDRs who are primarily focused on inbound and outbound activity. They are focused on prospecting, outreach, follow up, and booking meetings all for the purpose of growing the sales pipeline. So far, the SDR team has consistently been the top producer follow-up revenue for the company, and we want to maintain and grow that position. That’s why this is such a vital position to SDR growth and Carrot growth at large.
Minimum Qualifications:
- You’ve worked as an SDR lead or SDR Manager
- You’ve performed call reviews, 1x1s, and sales meetings
- You know how to track performance against KPIs
- You understand how to build/upgrade outreach cadences and campaigns
- Passion for people and team development
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’ve built SDR processes from scratch
- You know how to use SalesLoft, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Docs proficiently
- You’ve held a closing role before
