Companies use Carrot to customize a fertility benefit that provides employees financial, medical, and emotional support as they pursue parenthood, reducing healthcare costs and resulting in better clinical outcomes.

The Role: 

The Solution Consultant will be a key deal strategist responsible for the following core functions on aligned opportunities:

  • Support discovery in support of strategic solutioning for product fit and goal alignment
  • Tailor and strengthen RFP responses
  • Apply product, market, and competitive knowledge in live meeting support and written communication with customers and prospects
  • Deliver an engaging product demonstration.

Additionally, the Solution Consultant will provide key deal and market insights with GTM leadership and the Product Marketing team, helping to shape our products, packaging, and the way we message our solution broadly.

The Team: 

The Solutions Consulting team is a small, highly focused team of seasoned professionals who are trusted advisors to team members in sales, global solutions, product marketing and proposals. With a birds-eye-view across many customers and pursuits, the Solution Consultants identify, apply, and share best practices with their colleagues.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in health and benefits
  • Experience supporting sales of similar size and scope to Carrots target opportunities.
  • Experience in a high growth, fast changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Ability to travel (travel amount TBD; currently zero due to COVID-19)
