The Role:
Carrot Fertility is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist who will be a dedicated AP/AR Specialist to process vendor invoices, prepare customer invoices, ensure proper controls and maintain relationships with vendors. The role will be part of a growing Finance Team with opportunities to develop/improve processes with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. We are looking for someone who wants to do more than just data entry, is able to work independently, and looks for ways to improve processes. The Finance Team is fully remote and paperless, utilizing cloud-based software.
The Team:
The position will be a vital member of the Finance Team working closely with the Controller.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions
- Ability to use various cloud-based software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detailed oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working remotely
- Proficiency in Google Suite products (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Proficiency in cloud-based software, (Bill.com, Coupa, Tipalti, Scout, etc.)
- Great communication skills
