We’re closing the pleasure gap

Are you obsessed with designing physical goods that improve wellbeing? Do you love phase gate design processes? Do you get pissed off when the product interface is nonsensical? Are you excited by the thought of leading a top-tier team in empathetically designing (ideating, iterating, prototyping, engineering, and manufacturing with community feedback) pleasure-promoting toys?

Well, do we have news for you! We, Dame Products, a venture-backed, female-founded sexual wellness brand, are looking for someone just like you to become our Product Design Engineer. This position is key to ensuring that we are designing top-quality products that are truly a pleasure to use.

  • Reduce product defect rates
  • Travel internationally (when appropriate) to solve production issues with suppliers on-site, likely at least two times per year

  • Driven by our mission – You’re passionate about cultivating pleasure to enrich wellbeing for everybody and comfortable talking about all aspects of sex, reproductive health, and related topics
