Zaya Care is a venture-backed early stage startup with a mission to increase access to affordable healthcare, starting with maternity care. By solving the administrative insurance hassle for providers and patients we eliminate the cost and access barrier that many parents face today. Inspired by the European care model, we’re building a solution where parents have access to a wide range of pregnancy & postpartum specialists, effectively reducing today’s maternity health complications and the headache that often comes with insurance.

As our Chief of Staff you will work closely with the founder to define and run our operations strategy and help bring to market novel solutions to solve for America’s maternity health crisis. From conceptualizing and creating processes that scale, to building out our care provider network, over to developing partnerships across a range of referral channels – you like to wear many hats.
As one of our first full-time hires, individuals who like to roll up their sleeves, get creative and drive solutions are deeply valued.
– Bachelor’s degree or higher
– 4+ years experience at a fast growing tech or healthcare company
– Experience leading a team
– Strong history of cross-functional collaboration and team work
Nice to haves
– Professional experience working in or with the US healthcare system – specifically payer and provider space
– Experience working in growth or operations at a startup
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until March 1st.
Candidates will be invited to 2-3 rounds of interviews with Zaya’s founder over Zoom.
