This role will sit on the creative team and work closely with growth, product marketing and the rest of the creative team, with constant input from our legal and medical teams. We are looking for a collaborative individual who understands that copy is a design element and enjoys bringing ideas to life.


  • Develop compelling and concise copy for our digital marketing channels
  • Work closely with our acquisition team to infuse brand voice into direct response copy
  • Be a strategic partner that can conceptualize ideas and bring them to life
  • Coordinate with legal and medical teams to ensure that all copy written is accurate and appropriate
  • Translate learnings to ensure consistency for other team members
  • Be ruthless when it comes to editing, grammar, and proofreading techniques
  • Ability to take often taboo, personal and stigmatized subject matter and turn it into messaging that resonates with our customers
  • Test and iterate your copy to drive volume and increase results
  • Ensure brand voice is consistent across digital touchpoints that our customer interacts with
  • Comfortable using insight and data as an input to drive conversion

Experience and Skills:

  • 7 + years of experience writing for a growth stage company
  • Comfortable in a cross functional role that collaborates across departments
  • Experience with a fast paced environment where moving quickly is a plus, not a pain
  • Ability to work independent and sometimes with ambiguity
  • Experience creating and organizing workflow for digital marketing content and physical product content
  • Flexible to work independently and collaboratively across multiple projects
  • Strong competitive knowledge of best-in-class acquisition tactics
  • Strong conceptual skills with intuitive knowledge of how copy relates to design, graphics and concept inspiration
  • Proactive attitude, creative-thinking abilities, and confidence to challenge status quo
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, and ability to address business objectives intelligently and creatively
  • Eager to take on new challenges, introduce and implement new approaches and ideas, and grow, test and learn
